The 3rd OTLF Youth Entrepreneurship Forum
Annual Conference - September 2026
OTLF's 3rd Annual Youth Entrepreneurship Forum Conference brought together young leaders, dedicated volunteers, and distinguished guest speakers for a day of learning, connection, and inspiration.
Organized entirely by youth — from recruiting volunteer teams to coordinating event logistics and welcoming families — the conference embodied OTLF's mission: empowering teenagers with leadership capabilities, entrepreneurial thinking, and social responsibility through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and meaningful community engagement.
Guided by our principles — Elevate Their Mindset. Refine Their Social Circle. Enhance Their Execution. — participants stepped outside their comfort zones, built meaningful relationships with peers and mentors, and turned ideas into action.
Every experience has helped me to grow and become more confident in myself.
— Elisa, Event Volunteer
Organizing the volunteers for today's event has been an incredible learning opportunity. This experience has brought a lot of personal growth and has been very special to me.
— Sabrina, Organizing Team
Effective leadership is not always about sticking to the original plan. Sometimes, a leader needs to recognize when a strategy is not working, listen to the people they are trying to support, and adapt accordingly
